Unbelievably Lose 10 Pounds with The 3-Day Military Diet [SHOCKING RESULTS]



It’s called the 3 Day Military Diet. The concept of the diet comes from military people that use the diet to slim quickly. The set up says you must lose up to ten lbs in three days if you follow the diet exactly! Dan did this diet several days gone and he lost concerning six lbs and followed it precisely. I feel six lbs in three days is pretty sensible. So… I decided to give it a go. Below is that the diet set up and what my thoughts and results were when three days.


The 3-day military diet or three-day diet is one of the effective diet of losing pounds if a brief time. You must eat just what is listed. Nothing more, nothing less. I exercise daily the diet, but, I always keep in my mind to do not overdose. I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes every day, with a small amount of food.

It’s the sole factor that you’re allowed to drink on this three-day military diet (other beverages like occasional or tea on at some point is perhaps accepted ). I recommend a drink, at least, a gallon of water daily. It reduces somehow hunger. Indeed, it is very healthy.
The rules:
  • No more eating between meals
  • No more seasonings other salt and pepper
Tips :
  • If you start to feel sick, dizzy, or too weak, stop the diet IMMEDIATELY
  • walking 30 minutes a day to burn fat (burn about 150 calories a day)

3-day Military Diet #Day 1



Breakfast:
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 slice toast
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 cup occasional or Tea (I like better to use ward Tea)
Lunch:
  • 1/2 cup tuna
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1 cups Coffee or Tea
Dinner:
  • 2 slices any form of meat concerning three-ounce
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 banana
  • small apple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

3-day Military diet #Day 2

Breakfast:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1/2 banana
Lunch:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 5 saltine crackers
Dinner:
  • 2 hot dogs
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

3-day Military diet #Day 3

Breakfast:
  • 5 soda crackers
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple
Lunch:
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 slice toast
Dinner:
  • 1 cup tuna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
In the three days of the diet, you must lose ten pounds (i lost nine pounds. I am very happy with the results of this diet. It gave me hope that there is something that will work for me. It gave me a lift of confidence and self-worth.) After a 3 day diet, you can eat your habitual meal but, don’t exaggerate! On the fourth day, you may eat your regular meal. Then, return on the three-day military diet. In this means, you’ll be able to lose up to 40 pounds (18 kg) in a month if you follow this diet correctly. It’s a completely safe and healthy diet! And it works.
